    Joel's the man to see! I did Cape to Cape and unfortunately developed "Chronic adductor tendinopathy". It was ruining my life, I couldn't walk 100m without pain..it's been 2 months now of exercises, needling and walking programs and I've finally turned a corner and am able to walk non stop up to half an hour without pain.
